These terms govern your use of Nathan Management Apps, including Herald and related audit tools. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and understand that included scan output is informational, not a guarantee of rankings, revenue, or platform approval.
Services
Included snapshots and public examples are provided as-is. Paid audits or implementation fixes are delivered according to the scope shown at checkout, invoice, or email confirmation.
No guarantees
SEO and AI-search outcomes depend on competition, site quality, platform changes, and continued maintenance. Nathan Management guarantees the agreed deliverable, not rankings, traffic, revenue, AdSense approval, or inclusion in AI answers.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by third-party providers. For the $297 AEO Baseline Audit, Nathan Management will deliver the agreed audit within 48 hours after receiving both payment and a usable public website URL. If Nathan Management misses that deadline, the buyer is entitled to a full refund to the original payment method. The free fit call, $47 Local Visibility Review, and $497/month Managed Visibility + Automation follow the scope and billing terms shown at checkout or in a more specific written agreement.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit abusive, illegal, deceptive, or high-volume automated requests.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, probe private systems, or upload malicious content.
- Do not rely on generated recommendations as legal, tax, medical, financial, or platform-compliance advice.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nathan Management is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, platform decisions, search ranking changes, or third-party service outages.
